Mood music, the oceans sounds, gentle lighting provided. Massage table has extra thick memory gel padding for comfort with heating available if desired. Also wide steps for helping get onto table easier if needed. Bottled water provided to quench your thirst.
CBD oil is a $10 add on to any massage. Oil is unscented, THC Free, hypoallergenic, paraben free and no nut oils used. Key ingredients are Arnica, Vitamins A & E and Organic Hempseed Oil.

Session usually on shoulders, back or glutes. Cups are placed on needed area and left for 10 minutes or so then used as a massage tool to try to return sufficient blood flow to those areas.

Starts with foot massage to relax and warm up the tissue then session concentrates on specific pressure points in the feet to bring energy flow and balance throughout your body
30 Minute Sciatic Massage
Specific massage of the sciatic nerve, glutes and surrounding areas to relieve pain and pressure that occurs in the lower back and legs as a result
30 Minute Lymphatic Drainage
Session is a gentle light massage directing lymph fluid to proper lymph nodes to allow body to clean toxins, viruses etc from the body quicker and promotes healthier immune system.
30 Minute Sinus and Migraine Relief
A warm towel is also used for relaxation and to help alleviate any issues associated with migraine or sinus pressure.
20 Minute Foot Soak with Hand and Foot Massage
Kick back and relax soaking your feet in cool or warm bubbling water whichever you prefer, with choice of essential oils. While soaking get a relaxing hand massage after soak finish with foot massage.
